SHIPPING

How long will my order take to ship?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

All orders are made to order. Please give 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Shipping times within USA is usually between 2-5 business days. We do not have any control over unforeseen carrier issues including longer than normal shipping times.

RETURNS

Can I return or exchange my item?

YES: We accept returns for errors in printing or fulfillment of your order.

However, we DO NOT accept returns for correctly fulfilled orders.

Processing times: Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise. You have 14 days after authorization to send back your merchandise.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

All our products are made to order. This means that we customize products to meet your specific request.

If you change your mind about your purchase, kindly contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will be able to cancel your order. 

Once your order is delivered, please contact us immediately if there is any issue with your order and we will work quickly to get any issues resolved. 

Since all orders are fulfilled specifically to meet your request, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to ordering errors or choosing the wrong size.

Kindly confirm your desired size using the size chart on the product page. For personalized orders, kindly double check to make sure your spelling is as intended. We will print as requested on the customization notes.
